Pre-requisites :
1) Your must have active subscription of the Advanced Plan on Officio.
At Document, you will see a column Accessibility. It has red or green dot. Red dot means document or folder is not accessible by your client.
If you want to change this status, read further.
Upload Document
Follow these simple steps;
1) Tick the checkbox at Enable Access to Client.
2) Then click Upload
Edit Document / Folder
Follow these simple steps;
1) Select any document or folder.
2) Click at Action and click on Edit.
3) The Edit Document modal will pop up. Tick the checkbox Enable Access to Client.
4) Then click Update Document.
