Pre-requisites :
1) Your must have active subscription of the Advanced Plan on Officio.
Follow these steps;
1) Find the Connect button on the side bar on the left side of Officio application. Click the icon.
2) If you have received a request to connect, you will also see it at the top navigation bar at the whistle icon. You can click on it and it will bring you to the Connection page.
3) You can choose to approve or decline the connection request. You can identify the person by the profile photo appear on their connection request. Do not approve if you cannot identify the requester.
You can always revoke the permission at anytime. By doing this, it will disconnect the requester from accessing the entity data on your Officio account.
