Pre-requisites : 

1) Your Company Secretary must have subscribed to the Advanced Plan on Officio.

2) Company Secretary's client must have a Client Account.


STEP 1 - Connect to your Company Secretary Vault

Follow these simple steps;

1) Sign into the Client Portal by using your client account credential.


2) You need to click on Request New Connection button to request connection to your Company Secretary data vault.


3) Enter the correct name of your Company Secretary registered on Officio. If you are not sure, ask your Company Secretary. Then hit Request Connection button.


4) Your Company Secretary will receive notification on this request. You need to await for his/her approval before issuing another request to connect with your incorporated entity. You will see the status set as Pending on your Client Portal dashboard.


5) You should receive email notification from Officio once your connection request is approved by your Company Secretary.


6) Once approved, you will see a status Active in green color at the Company Secretary name on your Client Portal dashboard. Click on the Company Secretary name to gain access into his vault.


7) Then follow Step 2


STEP 2 - Connect to your incorporated Entity Data


1) Once you managed to get into the Company Secretary's vault, you need to click on Add Entity to request connection to your Entity data.



2) Make sure to enter the correct name of your Entity and its Company Registration Number. This number should have 6 digits and one letter. Once you fill these information, click on Request Access button. Your Company Secretary will be notified of this request in their Officio dashboard and via email notification as well.


3) Your Company Secretary can either approve or decline your request. It is important you let them know that you are trying to access your Entity data by going to this Client Portal. If your Company Secretary approves, you should see your Entity's name with Active status on the list of Entities dashboard page.


4) Once approved, click on the Entity's name and it should bring you to this page.
