1. Go to Entity > General > Agent & Address
2. Click Generate
3. Search 'Alliance Bank' in Generate model.
4. Select the Alliance Bank - Certified Extract of Board Resolution for Subscription of Cash Management & Electronic Banking Services
5. Enter Passed Date for the passing of Resolution to subscribe Cash Management & Electronic Banking Services.
6. Then select either Alliance Bizmart Inquiry Module or Alliance Bizmart Transactional Module. You can also select both of these options.
7. The resolution will be generated and it is saved in Minute Book. The resolution is generated in Word format.
8. You can download and review the resolution document from Minute Book.
