1. Go to Invoice (on side bar navigation)
  2. Click Create Invoice button
  3. Select your Customer by start typing their entity's name. It will display the Entity's name if the name matches with the entity saved in the database
  4. Enter the Invoice date
  5. Enter Due date
  6. Enter Invoice number
  7. Enter Reference (optional)
  8. Select Item from the price list you created previously
  9. Enter relevant Quantity
  10. Enter Price / Unit (if you need to amend from its original price list)
  11. Select appropriate Tax Rate
  12. Lastly, click Create button to save the Invoice detail
