PRE-REQUISITE : Must have the Secretary information added into Principal.

You can get anyone as Promoter. 


Anyone in Principal to become Promoter

  1. Go to Entity > Principal.
  2. Select relevant person in Principal (they could be listed as one of Directors, Managers or Miscellaneous people)
  3. Click Generate button.
  4. Type keyword Consent in the search field. You will see an option for 'Section 201 - Consent to Act as Promoter' form.
  5. Select the form and click Generate button down below.
  6. The form will be generated and saved in the Document section.


Anyone in Shareholder to become Promoter

  1. Go to Entity > Principal.
  2. Select relevant person in Shareholder.
  3. Click Generate button.
  4. Type keyword Consent in the search field. You will see an option for 'Section 201 - Consent to Act as Promoter' form.
  5. Select the form and click Generate button down below.
  6. The form will be generated and saved in the Document section.
