1. Go to Principal in Entity.
2. Select the Director.
3. Click Generate button. A pop up modal will appear.
4. Type keyword 'director appointment' in the search field. You will find resolution in relation to the director's appointment.
5. Select the resolution relevant to your need.
6. Click Generate button to generate the resolution. The resolution will be saved in the Minute Book section.
