PREREQUISITE: You need to have an Owner or Administrator role to perform this action.
Follow these simple steps to delete the share class;
- Select the Share Class that you want to delete. Make sure there is no lock icon seen anywhere on the same line as that Share Capital.
- Click Delete button at the top page.
- You're done!
What happen if I still cannot delete the Share Class even if I have the right user role?
Most likely that share classes is being used in the shares transaction. You need to check at Shares Transaction if it is linked to any of the Share Classes. You then need to delete that Shares Transaction and then you can delete the Shares Class associated with that Shares Transaction.
